Make up Ministry - Pre make up & Skin care

Monday. Rina, a professional beauty and health counselor teach us for this leasson. How to shape your eyebrow, skin care and healthy life style. She teach us soo many that i cannot remember all. But this one it's amazed me ! Can u imagine u are using shampoo to wash your face evryday ?!!? Look at this :







Rina use 4 different facial foam to make a PH test. (That 4 facial ask me privately la,if not kena "su" oh. although u can see some =p ). This test you can aslo do it at home. U take a small cup and add some water inside,then ass your facial foam into the cup and blend it. You can see if the foam is drop in the water or can blend with the water ? and use the tester for PH drop in the water too. Then u can see the results.

So As you can see the green color is PH 8,10 and 12. Is a bit different with the chart i found from googles. PH 8 is near to SHAMPOO ! PH 10 is SOAP and PH 12 is HAIR REMOVER ! And another 1 hide behind is orange color PH 5 SKIN. B4 she drop the PH test, we smell and observe this 4 different facial foam in the water. We can see the 3 brand is like "clound", just like those japanese soup and the smell like Soap ! And the PH5 product is precipitate in the water and no smell at all.
Okie, so after PH 12 is PH 14. PH 14 is simen or liquid cleaner. Can u imagine u are using shampoo to wash your face evryday ?!!?

How pH is measure

pH is measured from one upwards, with one being highly acidic and 14 eight being highly alkaline, and a pH of 7 is neutral. A pH between 1 and 6,9 is acidic and between 7,1 and 14 is alkaline.

The skin’s pH is important and maintaining a slightly acidic pH of around 5.5 is critical.

Skin Care :
1) Cleasing ( Every morning and Night )
2) Scrub & Mask after it ( Twice a week or follow your skin "message" )
2) Moisture ( IMPORTANT ! )
3) Hydrafresh / Mask ( Give more water for your skin,no matter what skin type, YOUR SKIN NEED WATERRRRR ! )

Well.. I think You will be quite surprise after reading this,especially the "shampoo facial foam" !!
So for those people who have sensitive skins please go and ask for professional service ya.

Hair and Make up Ministry

Deuteronomy 13:4
Serve only the Lord your God and fear him alone. Obey his commands, listen to his voice, and cling to him.

I'm in Hair & Make up ministry now. It's a fun place to learn the technique of Hair and make up. Also a place to serve our Father God. A way for me to get closer relationship to Him.

Until now, I've learn how to do basic make up,smoky eyes and for hair is Straighten,curl hair,blow hair, setting guy's hair and also French twist. I feel that is very useful for us because we not only learn for do it when on duty but also can learn for ourselves. Stil have many to learn from senior.
I learn a lot from Christy and Jeffery. They are so patient to teach us step by step, although we done wrong sometimes but still can hear the word of encouragement. It makes me more confidence and have more interest to learn.

Wednesday, i've invite my best friend Winnie to be my model for blow hair and French twist. This is the process. =)

This saturday i'm start on duty. Have to make up 1-2 vocalist. I'm so scared if they dont like the make up i do for them. But i know God will still guide me thru, and i will do my best, God will do the rest.
